I measure it all in grams in my digital scale to be sure... When I started to weigh my peanut butter, mayo ect. I quickly learned that my idea of a tablespoon was very different from the actual amount. Turns out a tablespoon of peanut butter is like half of the actual spoon :sad:

OMG, me too!!! then since I don't have a plan I just eat everything and anything in sight, totally messing up the hard work I have put in throughout the week..... so this makes me realize, I NEED A PLAN!!!

Since I cant resist the coconut peanut butter I stick to the regular Earth Balance with Flaxseed.... Still very, very tasty!!

I try to stay away from the coffeemate stuff (hydrogenated oils).... As of lately I am using "So Delicious Coconut Creamer" ... Healthy Fats!!! it comes in different flavors. I also just love a good quality cup of coffee (like Nespresso) with no creamer just a little foam and stevia!!! yum

Anyone try Real Ryder spinning class? Beats any other spin class out there. it simulates and out door ride. This is the class I take at my gym and I cant ever imagine going back to regular spinning.
