Just finished a 30 day challenge in Turbofire. Yesterday, I completed Fire 60 and a two hour walk. I didn't see a big loss, but I did notice a change in my body as well as my endurance. I completed 55EZ tonight because I was supposed to do last Friday. The way my schedule works I have to rearrange workouts. In addition to the 55EZ, In addition, I did a strength workout to stretch the muscles.

Fire 45 and 3 mile walk this morning. Doing variations to the schedule to change up my routine. I haven't tracked my progress as of yet, but I can tell a difference in my clothes.

I have the old schedule...found it on Ebay. I have noticed the difference between the old and new is that the old have 15 DVDs while the new one has 12. Not positive on this number, but it doesn't have as many DVDs as the old one. Hope this helps!
