First of all congratulations to your amazing weight loss. I totally can understand the effort you put in. But I also have to agree with others that you are heading to the hospital bed. I do not mean to be unkind. And perhaps I could share my own experiences. In 2009 i weighted 75 kilos. With drastic dieting, I came down to…

I started on August 14th so we are nearly equal. And I haven't weighted myself in, because prior experience has taught me it is dis-motivating. I plan to weight myself in on September 14th, giving one month to settle in. BUT I do feel totally fit. My arms and tummy are toned and my love handles are fast disappearing. And…

Sent you a friend request:)!

I weight myself just once a month. The Reasons: 1. I feel very demotivated if I haven't lost weight after exercise and healthy eating. Weight fluctuates, and by weighting my self just once a month, I get a clear picture of how much I've lost. I would have weighted in more often, but i tend to lose weight slowly, and don't…

Hey I'm 22 too and just finished my second year. I'm a Computer Science major(a female nerd, NOT). And i'm definitely online all the time. I'm also 5'2 1/2" and at 60kg the last time I weighted in. Btw there's a group for college students too: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/60-college-and-grad-school-students

First of all, congratulations for your weight loss! Other than the flabby skin, I'm sure you are feeling great:)! I read this same question on some other thread and a really good site I found there was: http://allwomenstalk.com/how-to-tighten-loose-skin-after-weight-loss/ I have stretch marks and the more weight I lose,…

All the best:) You've been doing great already so keep it up. My birthday is also in November, and my goal is to come down to 53kgs by then. And I'm gonna do it:D!

When I plummeted from 55kgs to 60kgs in just one month. After months of yo-yo dieting, I finally decided to go for long time changes and started zumba!

Mine is a pair of white jeans and a sleeveless white and black top with vertical strips;). And I have it on my clothes rack(the only other item other than my towel)l And its no small motivation! I just need to lose around 1 1/2 inches around my waist to get a tight fit. Every time I see it, I feel great telling myself,…

I LOVE Zumba! I've been to classes only four days and I already feel the difference! I did it once the first week, then thrice this week(every other day) and now thinking of making it daily from next week! It does get easier! Hang on, you'll find that there's an improvement every time!

Well, I came down from 75kg(165 pounds) down to 55kg(121 pounds) in 2010 and managed to keep it there for two years. And this was only through dieting! Even now I weight only 60kgs(132 pounds). All the best and have patience! You can do it:)!
