don't know how much your calories intake is... but I think you might probably didn't eat enough... when you don't get enough calories, your body will hold on the fat. 2nd, do you do some strength/weight training workout? also do you change up your workout routin every now and then?

just sent you a freind request :flowerforyou:

your weight = body fat weight + lean body mass (which includes water, bone, muscle, and others) weight loss doesn't always mean fat loss. if you are losing inches, but not losing weight, which could be you've put on muscle, and your body fat % should drop down.

you can increase the intensity but shorten your cardio by doing HIIT (high intensity intervals training), also do weight training exercise 2 to 3 times per week, it won't bulk you up, but help you build lean muscle, muscle burn more clories.

I recommend this book "The New Abs Diet for Women" (by David Zinczenko). The principles behind this book is that good abs begin in the kitchen more than in the gym. You really have to eat right; a variety of foods, healthy fats, good carbs, lean proteins and foods that speed up your metabolism. Borrow it from your local…

I love kettlebell workout! "Art of Strength" has great kettlebell workout DVDs, but they are pretty pricey. I have both Paul Katami's Kettlebell Drills and Kettlebell Kombos, and I highly recommend these two DVDs. Both DVDs have the same "34-minute kettlebell tutorial", if you are new to kettlebell workout, the tutorial is…

This season is interesting... a lot of "drama", and I was surprised and disappointed that Rulon decided to go home. For the remaining, Olivia is my favorite.

I'm about to finsih Chalean Extreme, then I will do TurboFire combine with Chalean Extreme's weight training (3 days a week). I love Chalean Extreme but didn't get enough burn, so my weight loss progress is very slow with this program, however, I've seen my arms, my legs and butt shapping up quickly (especially in push…

I was thinking to get this program because of the price (10 DVDs for $19.99), the workouts are shorter than p90x, it has Tabata and stability ball workout. From the customer reviews on collagevideo.com, I think it's a good program, but everyone has the same complain that the exercisers in the dvds go way too fast to follow…
