What about corn nuts or a small bag of lays baked chips at 120 calories a bag there at subway... is also popcorn at Starbucks 100 calories or some almonds portion controlled to avoid over indulging. I also like the skinny pop brand or try pop chips 100 calorie small bag. Not very exciting but to stay on track...

I ended up returning mine and I purchased it for 99 plus tax.. because there are Free apps on iPhone and android phones that do the exact same thing as the fitbit and you don't have to wear it on your wrist. I agree with the above it is like a very expensive pedometer.

There is nothing wrong with sex work. If you want to be a stripper and can be successful go ahead. Try it out you will make good money if you can hustle and truly enjoy your work. There are a lot of "extras" though that go on at some strip clubs. Yes, drugs and alcohol are also a factor in this line of work.

I prefer the taste of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and now I am also really enjoying cashew milk at 25 cal/1 cup. I get my protein from other food sources so protein count isn't a concern for me in beverages. The shelf line is longer if I don't use it and tastes much better.

After almost 20 days of having the tea every morning usually before or during breakfast I haven't had any significant changes. At 55.00$ for 28 tea bags plus shipping I wouldn't repurchase FitTea.
