I can NEVER find a hair style that I like until I saw Sandra Rinomato on 'Property Virgin's'. She has a similar face shape to mine so I made my new goal to get my hair styled like hers when I lose my next 10 pounds.

I've read all three books and I think they are all poorly written and just repetitive. Not to mention fairly unrealistic.

Okay, so you aren't gaining weight because of your job, you're gaining weight because of a lack of self control. So you can look for a job in a different industry - one that doesn't have constant food around you - or you can look at the temptations and stop letting food control you. Bring your own food and eat that. Bring…

I was doing the same thing. I would do great all week and then Friday night would roll around, hubby would say "let's order a pizza" and that would be it. I would blow it SO bad. And it's not just the foods I was eating it was the fact that I would eat until I was absolutely stuffed. It was ridiculous. To the point that I…

In our house, "old fashioned" and "traditional" are defined as: Hubby goes to work and earns the paycheck. Hubby protects the family and disciplines the kids. I think there are a TON of factors that contribute to this. Age, weight, genetics, etc. I've had 4 kids. Here's the run down. Kid 1 - I was 22 when I was pregnant with her. Gained 75 lbs, ate whatever I wanted. Breastfed for 3 months and dropped all of the weight within 12 weeks. Kid 2 - I was 24. Gained 70 lbs, ate…

My kids used to go to a charter school where they had to wear uniforms. Now that we've moved they're in regular clothes and man what a pain in the ba-hookey. I have to buy tons more clothes it feels like. And my 11 year old daughter came home after her first week here and told me, "mom, this girl in my class dresses like a…
