I usually get late 20s early 30s. Sometimes I still get carded. I'll be 40 this year.

My 19 and 15 year old sons were not planned so I guess you could say they were accidents. I like to think of them as Blessings! :-)

There just comes a point (age) in your life when words like DILF, MILF, GILF, Swag, YOLO and many other words, should not be uttered. Maybe it's just me because I have a 19 yr old son that uses these words and I in no way have the desire to talk like the kids and teens of today. Vomit!

Add some incline to that treadmill and that might help. you definitely want to keep up the cardio. Switch it up every so often by doing a bike or elliptical. You need to add strength training too. being that i'll be 40 this year and i have been a young woman in the past....i would say with regards to the baggage....that both women, older and younger have baggage....it's just that the older women know how to carry it better. it's not about the numbers being compatible. it's about the maturity level, the experiences, the common interests and so on. age is just a number but the life experiences that go along with that number can make a difference. good luck!
