No. Too much sugar/carb. You need a to stick with high protein and veggies with some healthy fat (keeps you satiated and keeps your insulin from spiking) and lots of water. Think of fruit like dessert, limit quantities.

Absolutely not! There is nothing healthy or good about soda. Try a V8 or veggie drink instead if you can tolerate it.

I like it on sprouted bread! Almond butter is way better for you than peanut butter and is so yummy! (Also can be added to an apple or celery or a protein shake for that matter.)

Almost considered it as I just started Insanity today. But I eat all natural and organic foods and wouldn't be into the shakeology. I must admit that I'm not up to speed on it but my nutritionist is against processed protein drinks.

I love love love the Noblerex K1 machine. It's a whole body vibration machine and it works on strength. It's super pricey though. Just ordered the TRX training system. Can't wait to get it! It's similar to the concept of bands or a cable pulley but suspends from a door. Plan to take it with me on vacation this summer.

I'm 5'3" and small boned. Goal is 105 lbs (always been at my best build at that weight). Current weight fluctuates between 115-120 right now. Haven't exercised regulary in years and just started Insanity today. Will also follow their recommended eating plan with a few modifications to make it more paleo friendly.

I just started Insanity today with the fit test. OMG, I am so scared! That fit test was pretty tough. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
