How is your sodium intake? That makes my scale tip :( Maybe more fiber & water... If you aren't opposed to it, coffee/ caffeine helps move things along. Sometimes I take Senna pills to keep things moving too.

I was told this by my dance instructor when I get Zumba certified. I believe it, until i got my dance shoes i had no idea what a difference the right shoes make :) But then, i never did it on carpet.. Good luck! Zumba is a great workout :)

Cardio is great for an all over tone. It helps shrink fat cells and makes the muscles stronger and more visible from the skin (less jiggly fat to hide them) Don't forget to stretch often and drink a lot of water :)

Were you eating really poorly before you started your plan on MFP? Your body might be responding well with the nutritious foods you're putting in and that you are exercising too

I like the quaker weight control packets for either lunch or breakfast. Mostly I'll do yogurt with frozen fruit for breakfast with my coffee. Then the oatmeal for lunch. Small snack before dinner. Then another small one after dinner... I was doing real well like that, I should go back to that!! Thanks for reminding me :o)

Did you choose to eat your exercise calories? For a lot of people, when they don't eat them, their body doesn't lose the weight.

Under water test is the most accurate. A lot of universities offer the procedure if they have good sports programs or health majors. You go under water and blow out all your air and they measure the displacement :o)

I feel better when I do a morning work out! I noticed that if I worked out in the evening, I was too hyper and hot to fall asleep well.
