My friend just got bangs like that and it looks awesome. Lots of upkeep. Keep that in mind, but if you can handle frequent bang trims- do it. I love that look. But, you do look great now too! You have beautiful hair!

Well, this will probably shock some people, but my ex-husband and I re-married. So we got divorced, stayed in touch and then a few years later got back together and remarried. Its been almost 10 years that we have been together again and 2 kids later we are happier then ever. :)

If you go over your calories for the day...take a look at your weekly chart. Sometimes, its good to zigzag your calories.

Your calories are way too low, although I dont know your height/BMI. Sometimes the body gains in the early stages of weight loss. The first month of diet/exercise for me, I gained too. I use body Fortress in chocolate. 2 scoops have 52 grams of protein and only 8 grams of carbs. They taste really good. I mix with ice, water and a banana. I am looking to mix it up though...thinking of shakeology.

I too, have PCOS. I am considered "lean" for PCOS but need to lose body fat. I have 2 kids but both were concieved through IVF. I calculated my average weekly calories (net) and they are as follows: 6/19- 1314 6/26- 6/30- 1334 7/1- 1407 7/8- 1474 7/16- 1666 7/21- 1412 7/29- 1350 8/6- 1375 The week of 7/16 I gained weight (3 lbs). I have a polar ft40 and just bought my mom a polar ft7 from amazon for $77.00!! Both have a chest strap. I think I would have purchased the ft7 if i had to do it again. I use so delicious coconut milk creamer, french vanilla flavor. Its so good in coffee and now I dont need to use artificial sweetner. I also use coconut milk, sugar free in my protien shakes from time to time.
