  • As posted previously you would be classed as an excluded occupier and as such do not have the same rights as tenants who have a full property to themselves. http://england.shelter.org.uk/get_advice/renting_and_leasehold/private_tenancies/excluded_occupiers If you are having issues with your parents then it's probably best…
  • I used to smoke. I gave up when i discovered i was pregnant. I don't think that smokers are selfish. Not really sure they are persecuted either. I do know that while i do like going into pubs and clubs without inhaling smoke, the smoking ban has been detrimental to some areas.. There are no local pubs now. In actual fact…
  • I think that for too long i was eating for pleasure and now i really need to find pleasure in the different foods i should be eating or in exercise etc anywhere but food. If that makes any sense. I will eat a cake or icecream not because i'm hungry and need filling up but because i find it pleasurable to do so. Really i…
  • You would be double logging. The lifestyle settings aren't about your exercise habits. They are more about the lifestyle you lead without the exercise. If you have a desk job you are classed sedentary, if you are a nurse or on your feet a lot then you choose a different setting. If you have an office job and exercise and…
  • I find whatever i eat in a morning i'm still hungry by 10. Be it omellete, weetabix or porridge. Nothing seems to make me last any longer.
  • I have large pores too. They are awful and some makeup even makes them look bigger. You can buy something called "pore corrector" which helps shrink them but it's not a permanent thing, you have to always use it. Estee lauder do one but it's really expensive. I use a seaweed one from the body shop which is cheaper and more…
  • Is it the exercise kit with the toning sticks? If it is then my mum bought it for me not long after i started doing zumba classes. I actually found it really good, with a dvd just explaining each move step by step, which i really needed, even some of the moves we did in class i realised i wasn't doing quite right. The…
  • I would eat. I eat at all kinds of day. I don't go by that don't eat after a certain time of day malarky. If you've been at work your going to be hungry.
  • I go for fruit juice but it's pricey. I've got to be honest some people i go out would not buy me a soft drink as it's more expensive than alcohol. It's okay when it's my round but if they are buying rounds they tell me to have a tap water or alcohol.
  • I would leave it. People burn differently. Heavier people tend to burn more than smaller people. Fitter people burn less than unfit people, etc. Just let them get on with it.
  • Same as both of these. I just stick to the calorie recomendations on this site. I do agree with the quote about these eating plans just tricking you into a calorie deficit. If you pull apart the diets you realise that the reason you lose it that you are cutting something out.
  • I'm a bit behind with my challenge but am still intending to complete it. Just found they've removed of the video's from youtube so now there is just 1 in two parts. That will make it a bit harder to complete it.
  • Not only does the amount of calores burnt during a sumba class vary depending on the weight of a person, and the fitness of the person doing it. IT also depends on the class. Some zumba classes are really intense, some are less so.

  • I'd not try it, blimey even just walking from the living room to my bedroom feels like my eye's about to pop out. I almost always get my migraine with the worst pain just behind my right eye. Any movement feels like massive pressure on my eye. The generally have me feeling incredibly sick too. I'd never exercise with it.…
  • I'm in, i'll aim for 30 miles. I'll have to start tomorrow as i'm still a bit hungover from new years eve. I already have her 2 mile walk and do a couple of her work outs on youtube too.
  • I would log it. I don't log my coffee but then that is only 2 cals a cup. Even having several a day it's not going above 10 cals a day. If you're only having one cup a day then it probably wouldn't be too bad but if you're having several then it could make a big impact on your calorie allowance.
  • I have doen terribly. I have to walk through the cafe to go to class and i can just smell and see food instantly i walk in the door. My class is close enough i can smell it all morning too. I spend my morning wanting food. Even when i take lunch in i find that i'm eating it at mornign break then am hungry again by lunch.…
  • I'm in the UK and our laws are pretty tight, i doubt i'd be able to get a gun even if i didn't disagree with them. I wouldn't have one in the house. It really would be a case of me or the guns. Don't let anyone force you to have a gun around if you don't want one.
  • I haven't cut out carbs so i still eat rice, pasta, potatoes etc but i am eating less of them now that previously. I go by the portion size on the back of the pack now which appeared to be almost half what i was eating before. So i was really over eating them. I eat as much veg as i want without measuring for any other…
  • I don't know about studies. I doknow though that i drink a bottle of wine most weekends and the only time i don't lose is when i go over my calories too often in a week. If i stay at or around my goal even with wine i lose weight.
  • I've seen that a lot of the time you don't even consume 1200 cals in a day. I'm not saying you should eat your exercise calories, that is up to you (the benefits hotly disputed on here, use the search to help decide) but you should make sure that every day you consume at least 1200 calories.
  • Diet coke tastes nicer.

  • I'm with the rest, don't force yourself if your feeling ill. When you're ill you just do what you need to do and don't worry about anything else. If you want to and feel up to exercise then it probably wont hurt to do something light.
  • I have it and i get on with it really well.
  • I don't think you could have done anything else really. You were polite and she didn't ask if you wanted it so really she shouldn't be *****y about it. I personally don't think you can always put things down to insecurities. Just because we on this site are trying to improve things about ourselves doesn't mean everyone…

It wont hurt every so often to have some junk just don't do it too often and try and keep it in your calories, although plenty…
