Have set alarm for 5.30pm daily. Gives me chance to eat. After that I don't eat until breakfast. Gives body a 12 hour fast

Join the club!! Try eating clean and drinking warm water. Keep chopped fruit and veggies if you fancy a snack have these first. Set a five min timer and tell yourself that if you still want the snack you'll have it when timer goes off. Good luck

better than chocolate but just as many calls, lots of sugar and it sticks to your teeth. You need to eat it in moderation maybe mix it with nuts. bear in mind that it will count as almost a meal if you eat too much of it so do not kid yourself that it is low cal

That is why it is sensible not to eat all of your exercise calories back. You should only eat as many as you feel you need to to stop yourself feeling too tired.

We bake at home. That way you can make smaller cookies but also you know they only contain good fats and real sugar rather than the cheap corn syrup. Why are you struggling to eat 1000? Have you tried little and often or adding the odd side dish to each meal e.g. a banana rather than an apple or an extra slice of bread? I would worry that if you can't eat 1000 cals you might find it hard to maintain a healthy balance.

You need to do what works for you, we are all different. Although 1200 cals a day is hard, sometimes it is a good place to be when you kickstart a plateau.
