You guys are so fancy. Lately I have just been opening a 29 oz can of pure pumpkin, adding 1.5Tbls of pumpkin pie spice, 1/3 cup of powdered Swerve, a pinch of salt and just eating it straight like that or dipping my pumpkin spice cake into it. Tastes like delicious.

I found that on Amazon a few days ago and just used it this weekend. I am super impressed. I used it in cream cheese frosting for my pumpkin spice cake this weekend and I almost prefer it to frosting made from regular confectioner's sugar. This is a definite repeat buy for me. I went to World Market this weekend and picked…

Tonight, I am making fish and chips. Filets of rockfish lightly coated in panko, deep fried. Served with oven baked sweet potato fries and FF tartar sauce, malt vinegar, and ketchup. I can't wait. For dessert, I am going to annoy my husband by making pumpkin (spice) pancakes. I've never made them before, but I'm hoping my…

All that matters is the long term trend.

I wouldn't go as far as to say impossible. That is 1000 cals a day over TDEE. For me, this is around 2700-3300 cals a day, depending on activity level. Liquid cals make a huge difference, a pint of B&J often goes over the 1k mark easy. Cheesecake Factory, yo. Not saying that is what happened with OP, but...I could see it…

I'm not really interested the hunter/gatherer lifestyle. I've watched enough Naked and Afraid to nope out of that. But they DO lose a lot of weight on that diet, that's one thing that is for d--- sure!

Snake eggs?

I don't like bacon enough to care about trying to sub regular bacon for turkey. Bacon for me is just a condiment or something to add a bit of additional flavor to a dish. I rarely eat it straight anymore. I usually just buy it in the crumble bags at Costco and that lasts my family several months.

I try to avoid snacking. Most hunger is really in my head anyway and even if it isn't, it probably isn't long till meal time anyway, so why waste calories on 45 minutes?
-
I never logged what I ate before I started losing weight, which is a shame, because it would have been interesting to know how I got to 270lbs over what exact timeframe and what was I eating.

I think licorice is disgusting bile from Satan's dripping *kitten*, but my husband loves it, so I bought him this when I saw it: He reports that it is delicious and then tried to stuff it in my face. Agh!

Last night was Moroccan Spiced Chickpea, Kale and Sweet Potato Stew over bulgur. Tonight, is pizza - Steak and horseradish, fresh heirloom grape tomato/goat cheese/local basil, and spinach and portabella mushroom.

This is part of why I hate the elliptical. It seems much harder than incline running for some reason, but I am burning about a quarter less calories in the same amount of time. It is annoying.

About 32oz of Truvia sweetened black coffee. It is now 3:15 now and I am somewhat hungry, but I don't want to eat anything I have at work. I want my ginger wasabi kettle chips at home right now!

I have a hard time with falafel and tzatziki. Y so delicious??!!

I make all of my own pizza now, which is just way better than anything you can get from the store or restaurant. I make my own dough, sauce, use only high quality ingredients, and the secret ingredient is using the grill instead of the oven. :) If I was forced into it, I guess DiGiorno's Spicy Chicken Supreme. Pizza…

I think the timeframe in which you eat them and the composition of the food would make serious difference in your ability to eat that much. Like I probably could not complete a 4500 meal in one sitting, but I could eat/drink 4500 in one 24 hour period. I don't think there would be any problem as long as I paced myself.

Between 0-25 most days. On Fridays, I have usually between 165-500 cals in alcohol.
-
Probably chana masala w/naan at the moment. Ask me in a week, I'll probably have a different answer.
-
Chickpeas and black beans are awesome and very versatile.

Huh. I don't ever taste it and neither my husband or daughter have mentioned it, regardless of if they knew it was in something or not. Maybe it is like cilantro. It either tastes like soap to you or it doesn't!

Dinner.

Every Friday. This past weekend was a double whammy of my anniversary and birthday, so yeah...But that's over and I got back on the wagon Monday morning, no big deal. Well, except my running suffered on Monday and Tuesday. Just today, I finally felt good doing it and not like I was going to die. Ugh. But those donuts were…

Because of my Friday cheat meals, I tend to budget calories on a weekly basis. I like to give myself a 3k or so deficit to work with so that my cheat meal could ramp up to 5k calories and basically have no effect. I've been doing this for nearly 2 years now so, works for me.
-
I plan a cheat meal for every Friday. Cheating to me is as much about quantity as it is about a particular food. Moderation has no place for me on Friday nights. That's for Saturday morning me to worry about.

Saag paneer w/ homemade naan.

I like serving sizes for brownies on recipes. Oh look, 170 calories per serving. That's not bad. Oh wait, that is for 24 servings out of an 8x8 pan. Is this brownies or fudge? COME ON NOW.

Sounds dumb, but it hasn't occurred to me till now to look for it in the bulk bins. Hopefully, Winco carries it.
