It is really difficult to get enough without using protein powder. I eat a lot of cottage cheese which is low fat (3%), low cal (about 70kcal per 100g) and 10% protein, so one 300g pot is 30g of protein and only 210 kcal. Agreed, all the sweat you should be pumping out will ruin your controller. If you're going at an easy enough pace to be able to concentrate on a computer game, perhaps you might consider going for walk?

Of course it is, as long as it fits in with your overall target for calories(as well as fat and protein). PB is a great quick source of energy but you need to be mindful of it's high calorie content.

Two pounds is a tiny difference that can be caused by a number of factors (hydration etc). Weigh yourself next monday and if you're still heavier after maintaining a deficit for a week then you have my permission to be angry ;)

My usual healthy and filling breakfast is porridge (oats) or a fruit smoothie (fruit juice, banana, natural yogurt, random stuff thrown in the blender). Both take 3 mins to make.

1/2 cup oats, 3 eggs, 1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Blend to a smooth batter in a food processor. Makes 3 large american style pancakes, about 185 cals each, 18g protein, 12g carbs, 7.5g fat. This isn't my recipe and I've never tried it, so let me know if you do ;)
