Asparagus is a good vegetable to consume this week, it's a natural diuretic. You can also try drinking apple cider vinegar before each large meal. If you do drink ACV, you need to get the kind with the "mother" in it. I like to use Bragg's ACV. Hope that helps!

My go to marinade for chicken is usually a mixture of 3 tbs dijon mustard, 1 tbs rice vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning and a little olive oil. Chicken is tender and flavorful. Another quick and easy way is to just mix dijon mustard and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Hope that helps!

Lean protein and healthy fats will help you stay full. Some things I like to eat in between meals are cottage cheese, greek yogurt, almonds, natural peanut butter, etc.

Oatmeal, cottage cheese, smoothies, greek yogurt. Flaxseeds are also a natural laxative, so it'll help keep you regular ;). I also use Chia seeds, which has similar benefits as Flaxseed meal.

Since you are allergic to almonds, you could use coconut flour instead. It's pretty low carb. Mix egg whites, coconut flour, maybe some protein powder or cottage cheese and make some pancakes.

You might want to try a package first before purchasing it in bulk. The texture is not like your traditional pasta or noodle. It's similar to jelly fish (yes, weird description, but us Asians tend to eat weird things lol). When I do use them, I rinse them under hot water, then I put them in a hot pan to dry up the liquids.…

Plain is the way to go! The sugar comes from the milk that is used to make yogurt. Milk has lactose and lactose is a type of sugar. I wouldn't worry so much about it. It's the added sugars that people should avoid!

It's not necessary, but it's very beneficial! Not only are you strengthening your bones, you also gain lean muscle, which leads to higher metabolism. The more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn sitting. Adding strength training to your cardio workouts will make sure you don't end up being soft after you lose…

Hm, that's a tough one! I love sushi and eating raw would be the healthiest! However I have seen cooked salmon/avocado rolls, seared tuna rolls (slightly cooked, but still raw), I think the Boston roll or something similar is cooked shrimp with lettuce. Hm, pretty limited when it comes to cooked. I would stay away from eel…

Nothing wrong with eating at night as long as you are within your calorie goals. I have a snack and a cup of tea every night. You might have to pee in the middle of the night though!

Stomach, then my arms, and the last area for me is butts and thighs! Still working on them!

Hey don't apologize! It was your birthday! I was the same with my birthday a month ago and after the weekend I just went back to my normal routine of eating healthy and exercising! Happy belated! :)

I love chocolate too! I made this today. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa, 1 cup almond milk, ice cubes, stevia. Nice chocolatey shake! A lot of times I also add a handful of spinach for added nutrition =)

I've gone camping/backpacking plenty of times and always plan my meals ahead of time to make sure I'm well fed and fueled. Fresh fruit and veggies are always good to snack on, cut up some carrot sticks or celery. Almonds and other kinds of nuts. Oatmeal is good for breakfast. You can bring hard-boiled eggs for some extra…

I love Trader Joe's!! Here a few things that are healthy and yummy! -Salsas! Fire roasted or garlic roasted salsa, very low in sodium compared to typical brands -Cheese!! Fat free feta, string cheese, lite sliced cheeses (provolone, swiss, etc.) -Greek yogurt (they have a new product, well new to me with added fiber!) -Low…

You can steam it for about 6-7 minutes, sprinkle some sea salt and serve it as a salad. Another method would be to "massage" the kale. First pull the leaves off the stalk, wash the kale, then pat dry with a towel or use a salad spinner. Next chop the kale up. Then pour a tbs of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Then…

I've actually been adding more fat to my diet and feel much fuller and happier. Healthy fats are just as important as carbohydrates and protein =)

Sounds just about right! My boyfriend thinks I work out too much too, but hey it's better than sitting on our butts doing nothing at all!

Well there are different ways to get more potassium and iron into your diet. Supplements would be one way. Cereals often are fortified with iron and potassium. Oatmeal and oat bran are also good sources of iron. Kale, spinach, collard greens and other dark green leafy vegetables are super packed with iron and potassium. Oh…
