bars on benches are normally 45lbs, and bars for squats and such are normally 55lbs. and you include the bar in your weight. so if you put a five lb weight on each end, then you benched 55

we tried that one time.. the soup was horrible,, if thats all you can eat then you will no doubt lose weight because no one could tolerate to eat that stuff.. just the smell of it made us sick... but good luck :)

i was thrown from a lawn mower trailor, being pulled by a lawn mower, and when i landed my collar bone found the only random brick in the yard to land on, and it broke my collar bone...

i try to get the kids meal with a turkey breast sandwich and dannon light and fit yogurt and its about 280 calories for the meal.. but some subways wont allow you to get a kids meal unless your 12 or under,, sometimes i have a friend buy it for me with his regular meal so they dont make a fuss over it
