same problem here! I had my second kid in Aug '09 and still have that lovely pooch. I was all belly with that pregnancy and I think that made it worse! I'm stuck with saggy belly and love handles! I'm slowly getting rid of the love handles - down 2 inches so far this year, but I have a long way to go! Good luck!

I haven't tried that one, but I love yoga. I have Rodney Yee's "total body power yoga". I like him and have done a few of his DVDs.

I don't know what level you are at, but I just started Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" and its mostly weights and abs. She also has some kettle ball DVDs and some other weight workouts. I haven't tried any of those yet but may when I'm done with this one.

I'm no longer breastfeeding but wanted to say "great job" on breastfeeding your baby!! It really is the best food on earth. I breastfed my daughter for 13 mos and she's now 18 mos and a beautiful, smart, healthy toddler. I was also hungry all the time so you aren't alone.

I am a SAHM mom and have small in-home daycare. I am not a morning workout person so I do a workout DVD during nap time and then I use the treadmill after my kids go to bed. Just do the best you can and try to fit exercise in somewhere during the day.

I think the 30 Day Shred is great! I've been doing it every other day for about a month and have been doing level 2 for a few weeks - soon to move up to level 3. It's intense but I feel stronger already. I have biceps now!! I think it's worth it so give it a try!

Support is always great! It's easier to do when you know you aren't alone! I'll send you a request. I have a 7 year old and an 18 month old and I know how long that pregnancy weight can stick around!

I've been doing it for about a month and have been doing level 2 for a couple weeks. It's intense but great! Stick with it and hopefully we will all see results. I've lost 3 pounds so far. I do the Shred every other day, yoga every other day, and I run 3-4 miles every night if possible. Good luck!!

I"ve been doing 30 day shred every other day for a couple of weeks. It is hard but it's working for me! I can see biceps forming!! I am fairly fit - I run and do yoga, but the Shred is tough. I'm on level 2 and it's hard, but it's only 25 minutes or so and I feel great afterwards. It gets a little easier the more I stick…
