I belong to a great online group but they fizzling out a bit as school and life in general get in their way. I'm in! Wouldn't we just post here on this thread? I'll send you a friend request anyway. :-) I'd like to shoot for 20 lbs. I'm in a plateau since Apr, despite working out super hard...need to do better.

Fantastic loss!!!!!!! keep it up. I'm right there, still needing to lose another 50 for my goal. Wishing us both blessing and luck in this journey. :flowerforyou:

Woo-hoo! Fantasic achievement!!!!!!! Hoping to get there myself. How long did it take you? Nice you don' t have batwings , like I have now. :flowerforyou:

Wow - bum publicity on the BB coaches. I happen to have the best coach in the industry. She runs her classes for FREE, yes, not one single dime to workout with her (most of the year 6 days a week). She has over 150 active ladies she is working with, no one is forced to buy anything and not dropped if we don't and it has…

No doubt, hands down the best sports bar. Not cute but who cares!! :flowerforyou:

They both sort of target the same areas. Try doing a different workout for the second one. I often double up with a core/strength training (P90X, 21 Day Fix workouts, circuit training, kettlebell) and a cardio 30-60 mins. I have gotten great results. :flowerforyou:

PB2 in regular or chocolate (powdered peanut butter) with some cinnamon and a splash of pure vanilla or cinnamon. I use plain organic almond milk too. I am really looking forward to trying the pumpkin! I also had it with almond butter (as a meal replacement or on low calorie day) and it was the best!! :flowerforyou:

Great topic! I fit into the airplane seats with no extension. I wear a bra with no extension. I am not afraid to sit in a beach chair. I post my weight for my fitness group to see, sometimes. I have inspired at least 4 other teachers at work to workout with me! Biggie...they say I am their inspiration!! who would have…

The fact that 11 yrs later you are still down 100 lbs is a story in itself. Congrats!! Keep it up! :flowerforyou:

Congrats! That bra extension is a biggie, happened for me too! I can totally relate. Let's both keep up the good work and keep striving to get to our final goal. Enjoy your summer! :flowerforyou:

2oz of uncooked pasta is the normal serving. I have Big Loser kitchen scale ($15 Bed Bath Beyond) and simply weigh it, equals about 56 gms (not 114 as someone else mentioned, that is a BIG portion). It measures in oz and gms, very easy to use and even tares (zeros out the weight of your container). It is worth investing a…

I normally edit the entry when I notice an error. This helps me and the entire MFP group. Multiple entries make it confusing sometimes too. :flowerforyou:

Fantastic! Congrats to you!!! Keep it up. :flowerforyou:

Shakeology from beach body has a nice flavor and is very complete. I have the vanilla because you can add tons to different flavors to change it up. No bitter after-taste. The strawberry isn't that good, in my opinion. :flowerforyou:

I enjoy evening snacks too. My favorites are: 2 tbsp. humus and 10 baby carrots 1/4 cup quick oats/natural oats with 3 oz unsweetened organic almond milk, a dash of cinnamon and about 10 raisins. I make it watery and add water to the top. Heat in the microwave or a pan but allow to sit for 5+ mins. homemade fruit salad (no…

Fantastic accomplishment!!! The success lies in keeping it off..which you will do with your new attitude change. :flowerforyou:

Hello - while I haven't completed a cycle of T-25 I have tried a few workouts. Most beachbody workouts are designed to slim you down, not bulk you up. It has really worked for me. I lost about 4 inches, or more, on each thigh alone in the past year of steady working out. I love the cardio feel too! It also has helped me to…

aside from all the good videos on youtube, I like to imagine squatting down so that I don't touch the most disgusting toilet seat on earth. Leaning way back and ensuring my knees are straight in line with my ankles, never allow the knees to go forward or you will be in major pain. they do get much easier....:flowerforyou:
-
Fabulous!! Congratulations!! I would be dancing and shouting too and soon I hope I will be. Keep up the great work....wishing you all the best. :flowerforyou:
