i'm sure the yogurt is fine as long as it fits into your calorie goal. A snack i like to eat is pistashios or fresh cherries/blueberries. I try to stay away from granola.. not sure why lol. Carrots are also a good snack and if you like celery thats a good choice also.

As you the question about portion controll I take as much as my calories allow. if i have 500 cals for dinner and meat is 250 cal and my veg is 50 cal then i know i have 200 cal for my potatoes. If one cup is 175 cal then you can have one cup. :D I usually eat 1/2 cup of everything though. Like a typical dinner for me is 4…

i feel like i'm constantly eating but i never seem so get my 1200 cals, but i really think that I shouldn't because i'm only 4ft 6in and that 1200 cal thing is for normal sized ppl lol! Mine is open so feel free to add me or just look! I eat breakfast lunch and dinner plus 3-4 snacks a day!

Ijust got the biggest loser dvd cardio max and I tried it last night and could not get through it. I can't believe i'm that out of shape! I'm 25... I should beable to do it no problem! So my mini goal for this week is to do the dvd everyday for the rest of the week and hopefully beable to finish it by tues!

i don't know if this is right or not... but this is how i think aobut food right now. If you get to the point where you absolutely want it then have it, just have way less than you used to. Go to olive garden, get the soup salad and breadsticks and ask for them to go light on the dressing and maybe only have one bread…
