As a reward when I finally hit my goal.. A grey fox wrapping around my ankle sleeping on her tail in a bed of wildflowers (so the tail wraps around my ankle then back under the sleeping fox, curled in front of her). Hopefully sooner rather than later!

I just got my Fitbit Flex a couple of days ago, and I like it so far. It interfaces really well with MFP for most things, except I did have to manually enter some exercise into MFP that was not step/high activity based (belly dancing). I'm still trying to figure out all the taps for the different things, like the alarms…

I have a glass of wine almost every day - just make sure you log the calories from it!

I just budget the wine (or whatever I happen to be drinking) into my calories for the day and make sure to try and eat healthy the rest of the day (and take a multivitamin!)

My Dr. prescribed phentermine, it works great but you really need to have your Dr. monitoring it, and need to go off of it every few months for a month for it to continue being effective. Most days I have to force myself to eat to get enough calories!
