Depends on what your doctor says. My daughter just hurt her back in exercise class last week and so far first doctor (E/R Doctor) told her no lifting weights, dancing in exercise class, etc....for a week or two. She follows up with her Family Doctor this week so waiting to see what he says.

Seen where you say you aren't lactose intolerant, I never was either until about 3 years ago or so. The symptoms you have are just one of being lactose intolerant.

My question to you is are you lactose intolerant ? if so using the milk is not a good idea, switch to almond milk, soy, coconut, etc.....

We know some who eat after working out as they claim/state that they eat less. My family and I generally eat before working out and we find by doing so we snack a bit less at night.

Many people doing Weight Watchers do that and it is to cut calories, make it healthier and going by the point system that Weight Watchers utilize it is less points per slice, per serving, etc.....

You should check out other spices like Ginger, Onion Salt, Garlic and such ! and the lovely little bits of Parsley when you go out to dine that a chef will place on your dinner plate is not just for decoration, eat it after your meal it is a great breath freshener !

Yoga is amazing ! I do Yoga, Taebo and Strength Training at home....and than at my gym I do Zumba one night per week, HIp Hop Hustle two nights per week and Strength Training whenever I can in their weight room and through a class called Butz n Gutz.

The one class we do called Butz n Gutz at our Fitness Center, the instructor told us to put it in as strength training and it is in the database under exercises.

I buy only organic bananas and they are easy to find in there by brand name organic or not.
