Putting down girls for being thin is just as bad as putting down girls (or really anybody) for being overweight. Shaming one group does not make the other group more superior.

As the other person said, you can't spot reduce. But doing strength exercises that target your arms is a good idea. Planks, pushups, tricep dips--all things you can do at home with no equipment!

I small can of tuna has 100 cals and 22 g of protein. If you mix it with hard boiled eggs your protein will go up even more and for not many calories

haha, my fiance and I say I'll be in my bunk all the time! I also like sci-fi cursing--gorram & frack. So much better than the real thing. And I looooove Renaissance Fairs, we dress up and go a few times every fall.

yes, mine says 1/2 cup oats as well. but I never have a problem eating it. I add a tbsp of honey to mine It keeps me full for a couple of hours

It does take your weight into account. As you lose weight you'll notice it giving you lower calorie burns for the same exercise you used to get higher calorie burns on.

I use Thomas triple health English Muffins. 100 calories for one. They're good, you can put anything on them and I feel like they are a bit healthier than bread. I quit buying actual bread a few weeks ago.

When I'm that close I don't worry about it. I know some days I'm a little over 1200 and some days a little under. I feel like it evens itself out so I don't stress about it.

You can't lift without gaining muscle. Building muscle will actually help you burn more calories throughout the day and you'll burn more fat that way. Weights will help burn more fat than cardio probably will. If you're worried about getting bulky, you won't trust me! Weights are really good for you!

Don't look at it as a diet. It should be a lifestyle change. You should choose a way of eating that you can maintain, not quit when you get to the weight you want.

The Sport Beans I get are at Walmart in the section with whey protein/diet pills/slimfast. They are made by Jelly Belly. I only use them on long runs. I have a Nathan handheld water bottle with hand strap and I love it. It's a little different than the one you posted. It's not too big to hold on long runs and it has a zip up pocket that I can put my keys/chapstick/sport beans in.
