Hi! I haven't been logging my exercise since I went on vacation earlier in August. I did do quite a bit of hiking while on vacation, and I have gone back to the gym since I've been home. You are right- it certainly won't hurt to tone up that area, but don't expect the roll to go away. I spend 6-7 days a week at the gym and at least 3 of those days are for toning. Trish, You are doing very well. Look at how far you have come. The weight loss certainly does slow down, but you are so right when you say, slow and steady wins the race. It took me 21/2 years to reach my goal. You can do this too! I also have no regrets. Just keep on moving! Lynn

I think it depends on the medication. Some should not be crushed. My synthroid is very small so I never had a problem with it. I started taking gummie vitamins and calcium. It took awhile until I was able to swallow the big fish oil and flax seed tablets, but now I can do it.
