  • I have bodymedia and their data base it crappy. I just track my food on here and put in my calories from here for the daily estimate on the activity manager. Its too much to be logging on here and on there.
  • Most pasta a serving size is 2 oz dry ususally about a cup cooked. The other day I had Barilla protien plus multigrain thin spaghetti 2 oz dry turned out to be 5.6 oz cooked. Of course it will be different for the other types of pasta. hope this helps.

  • I started last week and repeating week 1 starting tomorrow.I was still struggling even after I after a fourth day to week 1.I just bought the Iphone app too. I like that it plays music from your playlist and the voice prompts make it easier to get through.
