It doesn't matter, they are both units of mass. For logging I'd say you'd have better results with grams however.

1 frozen banana (makes it creamy without having to add ice, which I find dilutes the flavour), 1 cup of milk (I use almond), 1 scoop of ON extreme milk chocolate whey (or whatever), 1 cup of spinach (you can't taste it!). That's my basic formula! Some add-ins I like are chia seeds, flaxseed, pb2 or maybe some greek yogurt!

Does not eating breakfast cause you to snack more throughout the day, or does it cause you to feel crappy until lunch? If not, don't feel you HAVE to eat breakfast. Alternatively, I make myself smoothies for breakfast most mornings, why not try that?

Yeah, before I used to feel like my boobs were my defining feature so I was pretty sad to drop almost 2 sizes. But honestly the benefits of being fit, healthy and with more stamina outweigh a big chest in my book! Plus I now like my stomach and arms a lot better!

I use Natvia's stevia sweetened drinking chocolate mix and love it! (10 cals per serve) Also the Jarrah white hot chocolate sachets are INCREDIBLE (not sugar free) and seriously like a real hot chocolate for me. Pretty sure these are both only Australian products though

Have you tried Pb2 for peanut butter? And for most things I'm an "everything in moderation" kinda person, but I know for a fact nutella can't be in the same vicinity as me without the temptation for a spoon every time I walk past... sigh

I also have them after losing 30lbs and to be honest I don't think there is much you can do apart from gain weight. I had a rounder bum before (more fat obviously) and didn't have the dents, so maybe it's just inevitable for most women when they get to a certain weight ? Last year I used to drink this "Dare Iced coffee" milk drink multiple times a week AND not exercising. One 500ml bottle has about 450 calories I think.... I haven't touched them in a year, still miss good iced coffees though :(

I'm not skeptical of the effectiveness in terms of weight loss but it just seems like an unhealthy relationship with food to me (repeatedly restricting then feasting on large quantities?) and they may not binge during, but people I've known who've tried ADF have quit and gone back to their old habits most of the time…

You don't have to buy Lorna Jane or expensive brands to have good workout clothes. I bought a couple of cheap workout shirts/leggings from Target/K-mart and they've still lasted me. HOWEVER i strongly advise you to buy a good sports-bra even if you spend a bit more than you'd like (trust me on this)
