Light weight training with a lot of reps should do the trick. Try tricep extensions, tricep pull downs, skull crushers. Any Bicep workout. Pushups.

Thanks to everyone who had somthing constructive or humorous to say. I did in fact email them back informing them that i will wait for the glasses. I dont think its unhealthy. Its probably just a lot of water weight. Im not saying you didnt lose any weight for your first weigh in, but you cant drop three pounds of fat in one day. So you might not have eaten as much, or not had a huge amount of water the day before.

beef, chicken, turkey, fish, nuts. Also things like milk and cheese have protien as well, but not a huge amount.

I love the idea, and wish it would happen more often. Because if you are oblivious to advances from men, it is ten fold on the otherside. As a guy i can admitt that we are very stupid lol, we dont pick up subtle hints, or obvious ones. I think that courtship is a little out dated and i think that this is a refreshing…

So after a full week off i was at it again. Both last night and the night before i ran W2D2-3 and i feel great. I am taking tonight off because its leg day in th gym and my calves are a little tight. I will complete W3D1 on thursday, hopefully with the ole' ball and chain in tow =]

Start a routine and follow it, every day. It will suck for the first week, but after that you will be fine. Also, log everything you eat, and log all of your exercises.
