I made something like this for Thanksgiving, and ate most of it! Delicious!

Awesome feeling, isn't it? Way to go, girl!

\\ Different brands are more coconutty than others, however, the Spectrum Organics brands seems to have no taste. I used Nutiva tonight, which smells REALLY coconutty, however, my food didn't taste like coconut. It was heavily seasoned meat though!

I cook in it. Mind you, I don't use any more than I would regular oil (can be expensive!), or butter, but I have found that it has helped with weight loss and my extremely dry skin. Read up, see if it may benefit you! I think it's wonderful!

I'm a huge fan of the plain Cabot (yes, full fat) variety. I only eat half a serving at a time, because I do watch calories, and a full serving is 290 calories. I add berries, or pumpkin and spices. Delicious snack! I also buy the Fage 2% when I can find it. This morning I added a bit of PB2 to my Greek yogurt, and it was…

I'm expecting a shipment of this today too. I think I may blend some in a chocolate protein shake. I'm dying for something that tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter cup!

My dogs will be my Valentine's too! What's better than unconditional affection?

OMG, I'm gonna have to try the pork rinds with cream cheese now!
-
Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt, with pureed pumpkin, sweetener and pumpkin pie spices. The other one is pork rinds dipped in sour cream! The latter gets me stranger looks.

Hahaha, I almost choked on my tea, especially the part about the lipstick! Meat sends me into ecstatic convulsions myself! Thanks!
-
That's actually sexy...

I'm a fan of the Body Fortress too. If you find them on Facebook, they usually have a printable coupon available each month. The Cookies and Cream variety is amazing!

Big-bone structure is a fact! My chiropractor told me (after an x-ray) when I was about 10 years old that I had very large, dense bones. My wrist after losing weight so far look freakishly knobby and skeletal, however, they're still 7 inches around. My hands and feet aren't exactly delicate either! The good thing about it…

I'm 5'11 3/4" , and currently at 172. I started at 260, and a size 20. I'm now an 8/10 depending on brand. I'm shooting for 155-160. Hopefully I will be a 6/8 at that point.

Big Dog Jackson! Too funny!

'Nuff said!

I love all animals, but have 2 dogs. I value loyalty, so there's no reason I like dogs more. Plus, everytime I play with a cat, I get bitten!
-
Congrats on your loss so far! Keep it up! I too would love to be an 8 or under, maybe shoot for 6 when the weather warms up and I can exercise!

Maryland here too, Northern Harford Co. Feel free to add me. Love having "local" friends!

I have to agree. I try to stay positive and figure, at least I'm not buying new clothes every month, and it's saving me money! My 13-year-old is 5'7, and I started this journey with me. She's maintaining, but I had to get new clothes for her at about every 10 lbs. Fortunately, I can just borrow some of her clothes now.

"You're huge!" - what am I? Godzilla? [/quote] Uggh, I hate that one...

I'm just under 6', and have weighed upwards of 300 at one point in my life. When I started my journey in May, I was 260, and wore an 18/20. I now weigh 175 (one pound from my lowest adult weight), and fit in 10's, and a few tight 8's, medium shirts. I would like to ultimately lose about 15 more, and then tone up during the…

I'm 5'11 and then a little more. My father is the only man in the family over 6'. He's 6'3. My mom is only 5'5". Unfortunately, I inherited his man-hands and feet. No matter how thin I get, my ring size is still a 10, and shoe size is 12! My son turned 15 yesterday and is 6'3". He's an inch taller than his father. My 13yo…

I'm naturally a tomboy. I feel "manlier" at a heavier weight. When my curves are more defined, that's when I put on the heels! I'll feel better when I'm more comfortable in a skirt! Soon!

My sister called me "Lurch" when we were in high school, until I kicked her in the shin, but I still hate it when people call me "big", instead of "tall". To me, big sounds a lot worse.
-
Looking for more pals here to keep me motivated for these last 16lbs! I'm about a half inch from 6'. I've already lost 84lbs since May, but trying to get to 160. I look forward to sharing in each other's successes!

LOL, I have to agree.....

I thought it was the nastiest thing in the world, until I added 2 T. of pumpkin puree, some pumpkin spice and sweetener. Delicious. I eat this every night before bed, and now my 14-year-old is crazy about it too!
