First great job! How long did it take to lose the 30? The reason I ask is that if it took a while then maybe some just simply havent been paying much attention. However, I would get my feelings hurt too. But keep your head up and keep on working and in no time they will realize!

Please do not feel offended everyone should be able to express their own opinion. I agree with what you are saying 100%. I was spanked very rarely but when I was it was because I deserved it. And not only was it ok to spank at home it was ok it be spanked at school.

I eat them all the time. In my opinion the worst part about them is the sodium. As long as you keep your sodium down the rest of the day you should be fine.

I don't think anyone can give you an exact. Even HRM's are off sometimes. I would say if you want to jump start the loss, take 100-50 off what you are calculating you burned. So if walk is 324 and jog is 319, I would calculate burning say 224 and 219 or 274 and 269. It will give you a little more cushion.

Girl you need to try on a smaller pair. Even "if" and that is a BIG if they are skin tight, its ok at least you can put them on. And it will give you a new mini goal to set for yourself.:flowerforyou: So go do it and let us know how it goes!!!!

I wish my jeans would be looser with just a 3 Ibs difference but for me it usually takes about 10Ibs to start noticing.

It is not the caffeine that makes you lose or gain weight it is the sugar in the drinks. :happy:

I would not worry about going over on your calories by 35. If it were by 100, or 200 that is one thing but 35 just seems really small.
