In workout 5, after the yoga warm up are any of you able to do all of the push-up side raise moves? I can only do about 2-3....and then I have to do modified push ups. I can't even do the second set I always do modified push-ups. If you're able to do all, have you always had a lot of upper body strength?

I started week 6 yesterday. I actually did three workouts (5, 6, and Cardio 2). I vowed that I would not take so many breaks in between because workout 5 and cardio 2 are monsters! I eat oatmeal everyday, it's so filling. I add a tbsp of agave, a tbsp of low sugar jam, and a tsp of peanut butter...haven't grown tired of it yet.

People who pop gum. People who constantly hack. I work in an office with a bunch of old geezers who do this all day....go to a damn ENT already! People who don't walk on the right-hand side of the sidewalk, hallway, etc People that chew with their mouth open I'll think of more later...

I'm currently on my 5th week of Body Revolution. I only lost 11 pounds during my first month...and I was very happy about that. As others have mentioned everyone is different, just give it more time. Look at yourself....you'll probably see more definition and tone....so you KNOW it's working!

I REALLY want to step my military push up game up! I can only do three of the military style push up-side arm raise thingamabobs before I shut down and have to do modified push ups. During the second go 'round I don't even attempt to try and just do modified push-ups! :-(

It depends on a lot of factors.... Anyway, like others have mentioned your best bet is to buy and HRM....and you can definitely find good quality brands for low prices all around the net.

Yes, I get this from a "friend" who is jealous of my weight loss. According to her if I lost anymore weight I will look "bad" because I'm "naturally a big girl" and shouldn't be "small" :-/ Gotta love "friends"!
