Feel free to add me peeps! I'm a FTM to an 8 week old baby girl and I started working out this week....had to wait because I had a c-section. I'm giving myself a year to lose the 40 pounds I need to get to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm hoping to do it in less than 12 months though!

So many options... Wear your hair up.... Wash your hair daily... Buy one of those Save You "Do thingamajigs from saveyourdo.com... Wear a braid/twist out... I personally prefer to wear my hair in a bun...simple and hassle free.

Things are finally becoming "easier", especially since I start with Cardio 3. I'm getting more burn than I ever have and I think I may be able to do Cardio 3, Workout 9 & 10 tonight!

It's actually quite possible, you've changed your lifestyle and it can come off that quickly. When I first started my journey I lost 8 pounds in four days by simple calorie reduction...limited my sodium and increased water. I couldn't believe it!

I took Diurex (non-caffeinated) and developed a rash on my face because of it! I did notice that it made me go more though... I'd honestly suggest just drinking at least a gallon of water daily....it'll get rid of any water you're retaining.

Yep! Phase 3 is a MONSTER! For the past couple of days I've cried during the workouts because I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I was in such pain and so drained! I figured it out though....instead of doing Cardio 3 last, I do it first and then I do Workouts 9 or 10.....yesterday was a "breeze" and no tears shed!

I had the non-hormonal IUD and it was AWFUL. I suffered from bad cramps and they became so unbearable I literally wanted to just rip my uterus out. My flow which was very heavy at the time became a RIVER. Also, my period would last DOUBLE the amount of time as usual.....needless to say it was removed.

Workouts 9, 10 and Cardio 3 are just SOO brutal! I'm not a wuss, but I've shed a tear for the past couple of days while doing Cardio 3....yeah it's that bad to me! Crab kicks....WTH!!!! I am on Phase 3: Week 9 Day 5. Workouts 9, 10 and Cardio 3 are SO hard...in my opinion! With the other phases I was able to do three workouts (for example: Workout 5,6, and Cardio 2) by the second week...with this phase...NOPE! I can only manage two workouts now. I seriously can't imagine what workouts 11 and 12 are like.…
