    SIDE PLANKS! I think I have a fear that my arms will just give out and I'll fall, break my neck, and die. But I do them anyway. sigh. one day I'll like them I suppose.

    For me it's the chest press D: I know they are an excellent workout, but they put too much pressure on my really weak shoulders and biceps, but I still do them anyways XD

    Mountain Climbers and Burpees for sure. I actually squeal and moan in pain and distaste when doing them.

    Inch worm, mountain climber and push-ups. I am decently good at mountain climber and pushups, but I hate inch worm with a passion and suck at it.

    Abs. I HATE doign anything that requires abs.

    Same here. Not only are my abs the weakest muscles in my body, but I have chronic neck pain and almost any variation of a sit-up/crunch will screw me up for days, so everything has to be modified. I groan when I'm in a class and they announce we're doing abs because I know it's going to suck and be a whole ordeal.
