PUSH UPS!!! I hate when my trainer makes me do them because I suck at them. The most I got up to is 3 and I don't have weakling arms, I got some guns going but for some reason I just can't do push ups. Most. Hated. Exercise. Ever.
^^^ this. I'm up to 20 girl push ups after 2 months of work but I hate them and can't do a single real push up. Figure I just need to work harder.0 -

Ughhh burpees! My profile pic is of me at the spartan beast race last fall. If you failed at an obstacle the punishment was 20 burpees.0

Walking lunges with weight...yuck, and I hate burpees as well!0

For me it's lunges. I hate them with a passion but I do them and do all their stupid variations lol

SIDE PLANKS! I think I have a fear that my arms will just give out and I'll fall, break my neck, and die. But I do them anyway. sigh. one day I'll like them I suppose.0 -

I know they are an excellent workout, but they put too much pressure on my really weak shoulders and biceps, but I still do them anyways XD

Inch worm, mountain climber and push-ups. I am decently good at mountain climber and pushups, but I hate inch worm with a passion and suck at it.0

Abs. I HATE doign anything that requires abs.
Same here. Not only are my abs the weakest muscles in my body, but I have chronic neck pain and almost any variation of a sit-up/crunch will screw me up for days, so everything has to be modified. I groan when I'm in a class and they announce we're doing abs because I know it's going to suck and be a whole ordeal.0 -
