    As I was reading your question I thought - BURPEES - I hate those things! LOL Someday I plan on doing them with ease ;)

    Same here. I didn't even click on the actual post before proclaiming rather loudly my sincere distaste for them. I suck at them I HATE HATE HATE them with a passion. My trainer knows how much I hate them and makes me do them every single session.

    Anything involving a squat with a jump, for example plié squats with a little jump that Jillian Michaels seems to love. Must be good for you but I hate 'em

    Mountain climbers in any way, shape or form, followed very closely by both traditional and side hovers.

    Running! I hate it. I do enjoy burpees though..I noticed that is a hated one for a lot of people.

    Burpees for sure! I do Insanity and Shaun T calls them suicides which is properly named...

    After reading the other posts, I love mountain climbers; I could do them all day before doing one burpee correctly.

    Box jumps. I really hate jumping, and heights, yes, even that small of one, scare me. It's totally a mental thing.

    I also hate lunges off a step where the back foot stays elevated.

    Actually, I dread running longer than 8 min. It hurts so much that I'm afraid of how much it will hurt more. Although I know that it will stop if I just kept going...

    You know, the one that when you hear it, you lose all the air and motivation no matter how many sets and reps.

    I without a shadow of a doubt hate and dread burpees.

    Definitely burpees. Man makers would be second on my list (a close second).

    HA funny -- im not a huge fan of burpees but I love man makers..weird
