@WinWinGo I whine before I start an exercise too! I swear I break a sweat just thinking about it...
so hard...
why can't I stay still....
SIDE PLANKS! I think I have a fear that my arms will just give out and I'll fall, break my neck, and die. But I do them anyway. sigh. one day I'll like them I suppose.0 -
For me it's the chest press I know they are an excellent workout, but they put too much pressure on my really weak shoulders and biceps, but I still do them anyways XD0

Mountain Climbers and Burpees for sure. I actually squeal and moan in pain and distaste when doing them.

Inch worm, mountain climber and push-ups. I am decently good at mountain climber and pushups, but I hate inch worm with a passion and suck at it.0

Abs. I HATE doign anything that requires abs.
Same here. Not only are my abs the weakest muscles in my body, but I have chronic neck pain and almost any variation of a sit-up/crunch will screw me up for days, so everything has to be modified. I groan when I'm in a class and they announce we're doing abs because I know it's going to suck and be a whole ordeal.0 -

I hate the whole dvd of P90x yoga....ugh0

Squats and deadlifts but just because my form needs a lot of work. Overhead presses because they can just f off and die.0
