  • I got in day 2 of level 1 while the kids took a nap. I'm sore in my arms from the push-ups and the flys, but everything else doesn't hurt. I'm kind of looking forward to do it tomorrow. I just hope that I am able to get my run in too. I also measured myself this morning. Hope everyone has a great shred tomorrow.
  • I got in the first day of level 1. My arms and legs are like jello tonight. I'm surprised at how many calories I burned in only 20 mins. I'm glad I was finally able to get it in and I just hope i'm able to get up early and do another day, plus I want to try and get a run in tomorrow as well.

  • I had a PB and banana sandwich after my workout this morning. I use Skippy Natural Super Chunk, I absolutely love it and it has only 3g of sugar. I won't go back to regular PB again.
  • I can actually tell that I have kneecaps.:laugh: Before there was too much fat around them. My face is also much thinner. Sometimes I will just look in the mirror and notice how much younger I look. Sometimes I don't even recognize myself.

  • I totally agree. I say prayers for every soldier's family who has lost their loved ones fighting for our rights and feedoms. Michael Jackson I could care less about. The only people I feel bad for is his children who have to grow up without a father.
  • 20 pounds since Jan. 2, 09, when I offically started losing here. 40 pounds since Feb. 08, when I originally started my weight loss journey. I only have 4 pounds left.
  • I confess that I have gone over my calories everyday this weekend and I haven't exercised since Thursday morning. Friday was the worst, I ate over a 1000 calories more than my allowance. This week I pledge to workout everyday for at least 30 min. and I have to stay under my alotted calories. Lets hope this sticks!

  • I confess that today has been a bad eating day, pizza, 5 marshmellows and a mini drumstick and I don't feel guilty about it either. I was under my calories for today with all of those bad things too.

  • Monday: I did all of the exercises. I did have to break up the side planks to 10 sec. intervals though. Tuesday: I was still a little sore so I cut all ot them in half, didn't do the side planks, but did the regular plank twice. I was just curious if you all are doing them everyday or are you skipping days?

  • I confess that we are going camping this weekend and I am not going to be counting my calories. This will be the first time I haven't kept track of my calories since the beginning of the year.
  • I know exactly how you feel. I am the baby in the family and my parents still treat me like a little girl even though I am married and have 2 kids.   • Here is a recipe that uses the Fiber One muffin mix. Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Muffins 1 box of Fiber One Apple Cinnamon muffin mix 1 cup water 1 cup canned pumpkin ½ cup eggbeaters Makes 18 muffins, bake at 400 or so for about 15 minutes. 1 WW point per muffin.
