Every person is going to burn a bit differently, but I did Sweat 3-4 today and burned 398 calories according to my Bodybugg. I can let you know how much I burn from Sculpt 3-4 tomorrow. I would think 1-2 would burn less since they are a bit shorter.

I actually messed up my post, because I am doing both Power90 and TurboJam. I meant Sculpt from Power 90. Once I get my bodybugg I will load all of my TurboJam and Power90 workouts into the database so that we have a rough estimate of what they burn.
