A stainless steel pot/pan set, and new silverware. I had a gorgeous set of silverware and now over half of my large forks are missing! UGH.

I broil it in a pan with a teeny bit of butter and parsley, maybe some garlic powder. What I put it over depends -- usually a fresh veggie medley, or pasta if I'm in need of carbs.

2,500mg is the recommended amount by most doctors. 1,500 if you have high blood pressure. I shoot for 1,500-2000 myself, most of the time I am under 1,800.

All I'm gonna say is: BetterOats Blueberry Muffin instant oatmeal mix. Natural, whole grain, and 160 calories. Why spend the money and the calories? (-300- calories for oatmeal? BLEH.)

Lay off on the chips and sub in corn tortillas for flour ones. I prefer the taste and you get 2 for 40 less calories than the flour, and they are gluten free so less bloatyness afterwards. I don't personally have one that I recall, but my dad picked up subs from Zero's one night and crunched into something really hard, like glass? Maybe bone? No idea but we took the sub back up there and got a refund. He hasn't eaten there since.

My husband used to do 8 miles a day or so when he lived in England and he was pretty skinny, and his legs were BUILT. I think you need to adjust your intake accordingly. Why wouldn't it burn calories? You're doing cardio and getting your heart rate up, and flexing the muscles in your legs.

I cannot have nuts, especially peanuts, because of a food intolerance. I always got stomach aches from eating peanut butter as a kid, and my parents just thought I was weird. Nope! Food intolerance. I agree with this. You have to have consistency in your diet or your metabolism soars all over the place and your body is thrown into confusion. If you are going for a no calorie sweetener, Truvia. But Stevia in the Raw is a better Stevia sweetener. Stevia is a plant, fyi, so it's natural. You can actually grow it at home.

For you gals that say your hair gets ultra oily if you don't wash it, you may want to look at switching shampoos. That may be the cause. No one's scalp is naturally oily to the point of needing to wash it multiple times per day, you're actually making your scalp produce even more oil!

I wash my hair twice per week and workout 4-5x in that week. I don't really find that my hair smells bad after working out though...

Depends on who asked who out. I'm certainly not going to ask a guy to a $75 per meal restaurant and then make him pay. However, if he invites me to said expensive restaurant, the same goes. The person who set up the plans pays. I even do that with my friends if I invite them to get mexican. I pay, because I invited them.
