The package has the correct calories. Sometimes people enter the wrong amount (I.e. entering 100g calories for 30g of food) or the package can vary(I.e. McDonald’s medium French fries are different calories in several countries). Hope this helps.

Because in the past similar activity would only cause me to burn maximum 798 calories, not 1700+. My Fitbit entire calories burned for the day is 4272.

I just bought a fibit charge hr since I cant wait until Mid March for the Alta. I bought a plan so that I can just return it to the store. Im still hesitant to buy it because I am worried there may be some kinks in it. Ill just wait until i see the reviews.

Thanks for your feedback everyone. I saw some of the negative reviews and then I went to the website. I learned that the fitbit Alta is coming out in mid March so Im gonna wait for that. Im the mean time I bought a fitbit charge hr and I bought a plan at Sports Authority so that I can retuen it in a month and get my money…

Everything in moderation is fine. As long as you eat a calorie deficit you will lose weight.

Honestly if I was a picky eater as a kid I would have starved because we couldnt afford to be picky about what we could eat. I have a hard time believing you are having trouble finding healthy eats in BOSTON, a major city.

Ive done it twice, the second time for over 20 days and my digestive system is still suffering from it and it has been six years. Please don't do it just eat a deficit and exercise. You don't need to "reset" yours system.

I like slow cooking some chicken leg quarters that have been rubbed with a bit of sazon, sofrito, recaito, minced garlic in olive oil,garlic powder, sea salt, and a little bit of barbecue sauce. Goes great with Spanish BROWN rice!

I feel as if you may have been had. Just eat a deficit and exercise and the pounds will just melt off. Although I do have to agree with you MFP is a bit overzealous with their protein suggestions.

Honestly my brothers eat pure garbage and stay rail thin. I eat Burger King for one meal and face a 4lb weight gain the next day!
