I just thank God for allowing to get through another day. I remind myself that tomorrow is a new day. This process is a gradual change and I didn't gain weight overnight so I don't expect to lose overnight. Hang in there lady!

I can't see any way that such a loss can be healthy. What I can so is that they are supervised by trained professionals so, for his sake, I hope it was water weight. Either way it goes, that is too much...too soon.

OMG.....over 400 calories!!!! Goodness. I have eaten my fair share of them I will tell you that. I am so glad that I can now make healthy decisions. Thanks for sharing!!!! My obsession was candy, cookies, and chips....LOTS OF THEM!!!!
