Does anyone else fit beer into their daily calorie goal? And not every day. and if so you really can't gain weight if you're within your calorie allowance? Why the beer bellies then

I don't know if I should eat back my exercise calories? I have my target at 1400 calories but my Fitbit gave me like 700+ calories today, I've worked out and have last time I checked 13,000 steps so wouldnit harm me to eat it back? I mean crap what if my Fitbit isn't accurate and it sabotages my weight loss?

I'm starting a Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and they are about 20 to 25 minutes long which is perfect for a mom with five kids and yes I'm eating within a calorie deficit will this short amount of workout video tone me?

I have 5 kiddos ages 8-1 so I do have diaStis recti but I don't want to avoid my stomach area. Was doing planks got up to 4 minutes then was told to NOT do exercises where you are pushing stomach out, sit upS, planks... now not sure what to do.

Hey how do enter how many calories my big Pot of chili is? I entered all the ingredients into recipe on MFP and made it two servings when entering. That puts half the pot of chili 1680 calories?

Pancheros chips and salsa?
I am eating at Pancheros tonight, first time. I have allotted 1200 calories for this haha!! I LOVE CHIPS ANd SALSA. I want to eat a lot of chips and salsa and maybe a small burrito bowl or something any recommendations and are there measurement accurate as my fitness pal says they are on their nutritional website?

How do figure out 1 slice of pizza
The nurtrion label is saying 1/4 is 360 calories. So if I cut the pizza into 8 slices wouldn't that be 1/8? I suck at math please help!
