I need advice!! I got a really back sun burn yesterday on my back, tops of my shoulders and tops of my thighs. It still really hurts and stings. It even hurts to put on a tank top. Should I work out today or skip it?

I was wondering if anyone works in retail. I have just started a couple weeks ago and was just wondering what you set your activity level to. I work part time so should I keep it to the 1200 calories or increase it to light activity? I also workout 6 days a week. Thanks for the help!

Well I just finished Day 2 of Biggest Loser Bootcamp and wow its an awesome workout!!! I can't believe how many calories you can burn in just 30 mins. Yesterday was 313 and today was 318! Think Im addicted to Biggest Loser videos now! Anyone care to join me with the Biggest Loser videos?

I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and don't know a lot about it. My dr told me that I really need to lose weight. Why?????
I am getting so frusterated with myself! Why is it when I am doing so good and starting to feel good again I lose my mojo. On Sat I was back down to 200.8 so almost out of the 200s and now I have no energy or motivation to workout! Does this happen to anyone else?

I use PVL Whey Gourmet Strawberry/banana and LOVE it! I am not working right now so I wanted something cheaper so I got a vanilla protein powder and just made one and it was chalky.
