It's an obsession

Primal icecream
I just made primal ice cream sooo easy- I froze a banana in pieces, put it in a blender with some double cream and 2x teaspoons of hazelnut butter and blended, instant ice cream.- no added sugar, obviously an occasional thing but it certainly hits the spot.

What foods have you found most helpful for sticking to your weight loss plan? For me it's cous cous. Its just so quick throw a few veggies through it and either some meat/fish or cheese and dinner is made in about 10 mins plus the left overs are great for lunch the next day.
