What's worse? Muffin Top? Or Saggy jeans?
I HATE my saggy clothes. I think they look worse than when my clothes were too tight! I can't bring myself to buy anymore clothes until I've hit goal. What a waste of money! Which do you hate more? Your tight "before" clothes? Or your baggy "after" clothes?

I am so grossed out by the "natural flavor" ingredient listed on most food labels, and it's also listed on most chicken/bbq rubs. Does anyone have a recipe to flavor chicken with whole ingredients? There's the obvious pepper, salt, garlic, lemon... any others?

BMR Calculators - SO FRUSTRATED!
Has anyone else tried different BMR calculators online to see your BMR? I went to 8 different sites and half said mine was around 1400 and the other half said it was around 1700. I understand Michi's ladder and everything, but should I even bother counting calories? I'm afraid if I don't, I'll end up being way UNDER my goals and end up being lethargic, etc... Cleaning as "Exercise"
So, for those who log cleaning as exercise, here's a little wake-up call. I just wore my HRM around for 45 minutes while I picked up toys, swept, and mopped and guess what? Exercise ACTUAL burn
Something to think about: If you already burn X number of calories per day just sitting there, don't you think you should deduct that from your exercise burn? For example: Workout = 230 calories in 30 minutes. I already burn 1 calorie per minute (30 cals in 30 mins/1400 per day), so my actual workout "burn" is only 200.…

Microwaving Styrofoam!! RANT!
The lady in front of me at the microwave today put her styrofoam container in there. I almost puked, and then I saw her set the timer for 4 minutes! It's one thing to microwave styrofoam AT ALL, let alone for 4 minutes to the point that it melts and seeps into her food. Gross.

Whey Protein Question
I only have enough calories to do 1/2 scoop of my Cytosport Vanilla flavored weigh each morning after my workout. It's still 15 grams of protein at 1/2 serving. Duh! BEEF JERKY! The Jack Link's sticks are 50 calories and 10 grams of protein. Most shakes and/or bars are only about 14 grams of protein and triple that in calories. I am newly pregnant and have not had morning sickness (yet). If I puke up my food, can I add back those calories to eat up later? When I eat poorly over the weekend...
....I like to lower my intake to 1000 calories during the week to make up for it. Do you do this, and if not, is there any health reason why not? Over the entire week, I still consume below my weekly calorie goal.

Shakeology without a Blender?
How do I mix my regular shake without a blender or already cold water? My work only has tap water and it comes out luke warm, which makes the shake taste awful! Adding ice without blending it only makes it worse! Help!

I want to lose weight AND firm up my bod. What exactly do protein shakes do to help with this? Will I actually lose weight or just lose fat and replace with muscle?
