Scared!!!
I upped my calories to maintenance!!! MFP has me as 1700 WITHOUT exercise!!!! its so scary!!! i feel like i am eating a lot and i know everyone says to trust the website but i have gained 4 pounds!!! other than that i am scared that all the weight los work i have done will fade away and i will gain all the weight back…

I am always tired

So today we went to an italian restaurant and i had a thin crust fire wood oven pizza with mushrooms and proscuitto.. i logged it as 700 cals.. does that seem reasonable??? if it does then i only went over by 40 cals! wat do you think? :flowerforyou:

I changed my goals to maintainence.. BUT i have trouble determining activity level... wat are ppl's thoughts on tht?? I go to high school i sit most of the time in lessons but walk to classes and during lunch.. I take dance classes 3 times a week and go to the gym 3 times a week..
