people with goal weights 110 and below
how tall are you? Im 5'3" and according to the charts for my height I should weigh between 105-135 huge weight difference. Im just curious how tall everyone is and if its even possible for someone my height to even get to 110 or below its seems kind of tiny. Pics would be awesome if you have them thanks for sharing

low sodium/low cal
I eat soup almost everyday because I could eat a whole can and it was only 160 cals however today I noticed that it was also almost 1400 in sodium WTF. so I have been eating soup either progresso light or healthy request something like that because I can eat the whole can, it fills me up and low calories. YUMMY!!
just tried something new for breakfast and i LOVE it!! An arnolds thin roll whole wheat with flaxseed (i just found out how good they are for people), all whites and grated parm sandwhich <3 it was sooooooo good I might have to do this a few times a week :) only 170 calories and 17 proteins :)

chick fil a
so i ate chick fil a today uuugghhh. i had a grilled chicken sandwhich and a medium fry with a diet dr.pepper. it took half of my calories for the day :( I feel horrible now for eating there just need some string words of incouragement so i dont do it again sigh i was doing so good

i always notice the day after i drink i still lose weight but a few days later i might not. is this because beer and liquor "suck up" the water??

Today was the first day I thought
I actually am looking hot again!! I had on a pair of leggings and a tight tank just hanging around the house and happened to walk by a mirror and thought DAMN I LOOK GOOD!!! Im so pleased with myself I could just cry, scream, jump and rejoice!! It was a great feeling I NEVER want to lose again!!

I retired my size 16 jeans offically today. I have been hanging on to wearing them for a few weeks even though they were big on my but, today i decided they are just TOO big and they are gone.
