The box says 2oz of pasta as a serving..it does not say if it is cooked or dry 2oz..so what do ya think..cause I am confused on if i need to cook 2oz of dry by its self or to cook what I plan to and then measure out 2oz...thanks for your help..

So I am confused again!!
I like to take my long walk in the morning and then in the evening..but it is always right after I eat (about half hour)...should I not be walking then...I was told that by doing that I am just wasting my time..Is this true...Please help me figure this out!!

I was told today, that I should have 1400 caloirie and that my carbs set at 50% fat at 30% and protein at 20% ..I am 261# and have over 100#s to lose does this sound right...when I went onto MPF goal to see what it was set at it was set more.. and has me at 1500 calories.
