my reward today
I decided that I needed a reward for just about going over the 70lb mark. I am gonna go to a nice salon and get my ahir cut. I need it anyways, but I just feel that a new body, a new me, a new everything needs a new haircut!!!! Rewards are awesome!!! But being healthy is better!!!

I am giving serious consideration to registering for a 70.3 race next year. I have just about 2 years to train. I am a distance runner and becoming a cycle commuter. I am a strong, fast, and excellent swimmer. I am just wondering if it is the most painful thing ever, and is barely fesible
