When to eat breakfast? What to eat?
My gym time is 5:30am for 45 mins each day. My days schedule is super busy so I don’t have a lot of time for cooking. Unless there is something someone can…

Power 90 calories eaten? Don't have our manual!

On weekdays where I am active I multiply it by 1.55which is 2402 and eat 1750. Will this method help me lose my weight? Reason for asking is because I'm generally net at my bmr. And I want to. Do…

Eating bmr?
How many of you eat your bmr? I've read that it's best too stick in between your bmr and maintenance cals. My bmr is 1550. My net cals are 1330. On days I exercise I eat between 1600-1700 on days I don't I stick to the 1330. Is this fine? I'm set at lightly active 1.5lb loss per week.

Not too sure what my net cals should be as they change…

Can someone verify my calorie intake is correct?
Me again. Can someone please just verify this for me once and for all so I dont have the ask it a billion times over? Confused about the 1200 base. Too little!
Just out of curiosity, I cant be the only person here that thinks 1200 is too low as a base. HRM watch pulse technology vs age weight and height?
Ive been using my Sportline with pulse technology watch and it was only until I started doing the 30 day shred that I question the accuracy of the reading. 30 day shred. Anyone up for it?
I started Zumba a while ago and although I love it, the only video I have is quite short and doesnt really give me the "oomph" I need or want.
