Heavy lifting and weight gain, help !
Really not happy that my weight keeps creeping up every since I increased my calories to 2000. Especially now that I will be running less since I am done training for my half marathon. Still doing Stronglifts now (currently on week 5/workout 15 tomorrow). Thoughts on what could be wrong?

Bench Press Question (legs)
When you bench press, where are your feet....on the floor on on the end of the bench. I have been doing mine with my legs bent and feet at the bottom of the bench, is this not ok? I feel like I strain my back more when I have my feet on the floor (maybe a height thing??)

Heavy Lifting and higher calories??
I am doing Stronglift 3x a week and do notice I am more hungry on lifting days. To those who up their calories because of lifting...do you eat higher calorie just on the days you lift or everyday? I run 3x a week on the days I do not lift (now between 5-10 miles each run) and have one rest day.

Help, Barbell Row question
Ok this may be a dumb question but I just wanted to be sure ..... Just did day 1 of SL today. When doing a Barbell row (since it was day 1) it called for 65 lbs. So that would be the 45 lbs bar plus 10lb plates added to each end, correct? This is what I did so I hope it was right BUT 65 was alot of weight for me to finish…
