MFP Runners Club for March 22
No run for me today. Got up yesterday and decided to do a 10K race (which went really well:happy: ), got home and took the kids to the pool and swam some laps, then did P90X back & biceps and Ab ripper. Think I'll just do Yoga today!

Good morning! Did 6.5 miles this morning. Great day for running - about 63 degrees (Super Bowl weather!) Only down side is I did P90X legs work out for the first time yesterday and I can hardly walk today:laugh:

Everybody sleeping in? Did 14 miles this morning before taaking my son to his football game. Didn't stretch until I got to the game, and now I'm stiff.

OK, where is everybody? Are you snowed in or just taking a Christmas break? :wink: Ran 15 miles today, which was particularly hard because I went to the gym yesterday and did squats and lunges and I am really feeling it today.

Merry Christmas everybody!! The kids were up early today (what a surprise:laugh: ), but after a quick breakfast and the present frenzy, they were preoccupied with the Lego and the video games, so I had time for a 6 mile run plus an upper body / ab work-out when I got home. Won't feel nearly so bad about that honey-glazed…

Good morning runners! Ran my half-marathon today. Not sure of my official chip time, but beat my goal of 1:52 by about a minute. Good morning. :happy: Great day for running here. About 53 degrees and sunny when I started out. Ran 5K to meet my running group for a 10 mile run, then the 5K back to home by myself (16.6 miles total).

Where is everybody this morning? Running, i hope. Did my 5K race this morning. 25 minutes, reasonable for me, but a bit slower than I had hoped. But I paced it fairly well, running each mile faster than the one before and still had a good sprint for the last stretch.
